Coastal Wild Wood is a deed restricted neighborhood of over 150 acres located at the extreme south end of Rockport, TX off of Spring Lane. There are 62 acreage lots of which only 2 are currently unsold. We are governed by the Coastal Wild Wood Property Owners’ Association, Inc.

Architectural Control:

All buildings and improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to construction or installation. The ACC uses a checklist to assure that all CCR’s are reviewed and approved for compliance. Inquiries can be sent to the ACC via email:
