Coastal Wild Wood is a deed restricted neighborhood of over 150 acres located at the extreme south end of Rockport, TX off of Spring Lane. There are 62 acreage lots, all of which are sold. We are governed by the Coastal Wild Wood Property Owners’ Association, Inc.

Architectural Control:

All buildings and improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to construction or installation. The ACC uses a checklist to assure that all CCR’s are reviewed and approved for compliance. Inquiries can be sent to the ACC via email:
